- Budget Justification Language: Fringe benefits are estimated using each individual's classification, salary, FTE. Actual fringe benefits are charged to the grant.

- On-Campus: 52.3% of salaries and wages exclusive of fringe
- Off-Campus: 13.3% of salaries and wages exclusive of fringe
- Training Grants: 8% of total direct costs
- Student Research: 8% of total direct costs
- Local Government and Sovereign Government: 25% of total direct costs
